2. Accounts and access

If you create an account, you agree to keep credentials secure and notify us about unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or a violation of these terms.

3. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to Brillo. You grant Align Labs the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can provide and improve the product.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are described at checkout or in your plan details. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of Brillo. We work to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Brillo.
